Boutique Insurance Law firm adds expert litigator to its growing team
Specialist insurance law firm Indemnity Legal has hired Kristy Luff as Associate Partner to grow its policyholder disputes practice. Having formed in just February 2020, Kristy’s arrival now brings Indemnity Legal’s growing team to four Partners and three Associates, all specialising exclusively in the resolution of insurance disputes for policyholders.
Kristy has specialised in insurance litigation since qualifying as a solicitor in 1995. Since then, Kristy has worked with and for major insurers, gaining valuable insight into the defence of, and coverage for, professional negligence disputes (with particular focus on coverage disputes in the construction sector). Kristy now brings that inside-track to Indemnity Legal, using her experience of advising insurers to help its clients ensure that every valid insurance claim is treated fairly and paid, however complicated the circumstances might be.
