Rosemary has worked in insurance litigation for over 10 years in various roles on behalf of Insurers and policyholders in a wide variety of sectors and in relation to disputes ranging from small to multi-million-pound claims. Rosemary’s areas of expertise include coverage disputes and professional negligence claims. Her experience ranges from civil litigation including cross-border litigation and class actions, to ADR and referrals to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Rosemary has acted for insurers, IFAs, brokers, large financial institutions, liquidators, directors and officers, and asset managers as well as a wide range of other commercial and consumer policyholders.

Rosemary understands the commercial reality facing policyholders when valid insurance claims are declined and uses her experience to find creative, efficient, and commercial solutions to cut through insurance disputes as effectively and painlessly as possible when valid claims are challenged. Rosemary is particularly involved in business interruption claims and insurance disputes involving directors and officers.

Rosemary’s personal interests include Latin dancing, jazz music and yoga. Rosemary also participates in schemes mentoring law students which is something that she feels very passionate about.
